OK, so we’re driving to Spain

The decision to drive to Spain wasn’t a quick one. When Emma suggested that we drive instead of fly I thought she was a bit bonkers. “Drive to Spain with an 18 month old child, are you mad?” were my exact words. Driving a 3000 mile round trip without kids didn’t appeal to me one bit.

But the more Emma did the research and began to explain that we could take our time, camp along the way, see some sights, drink some wine and enjoy some decent rural food (especially good in France) she convinced me that it might just be an adventure worth attempting.

So here we go.
